Qigong and Meditation Course
This course will focus on cultivating heartfelt presence which will allow one to begin to integrate energy of mind, body and heart to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well being on a regular basis.
The course will consist of specific Qigong exercises and healing Meditations, combining western and eastern practices in the art of awareness, breath work and stillness of both body and mind.
This course will be online and will provide material to support your learning through 6 class video recordings, 3 meditation audios and support material for your learning within the curriculum.
Course content will include specific Qigong exercises, Standing and Sitting Meditations and Qi Self Massage/hands on healing.
